Space to work and live

With 103 m², two separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms, you won't be in each other's way. If you're working as a couple or want to make calls without being disturbed, you can use one of the rooms as a quiet workspace while the other person has the living room or terrace. This ensures that even after work hours, there's always space to truly relax.

The apartment comes with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms — so you can stay focused even on the hottest afternoons.

Home working is just as comfortable here as in an office: from October 1, 2026, we will provide a 34" widescreen monitor with a webcam for your workation. Connect your laptop and you're ready for your workday — including video conferences.

Everything for a longer stay

A workation is more than just working with a view. You also live there. That's why the apartment is fully equipped for a stay of several weeks or longer: a fully equipped kitchen to cook for yourself, a washing machine for laundry, and parking for your rental car right outside the door. You can do your groceries at nearby supermarkets.

After work, the island is yours. From the central location of Sirena Resort, you can easily drive to Willemstad for a night out, to Mambo Beach or Jan Thiel for a beach drink, or to the quiet bays in the west during the weekend.

Relaxation at the resort itself

You don't even need to leave the resort for a good work-life balance. The large pool is literally outside your door — perfect for a refreshing dip during lunch. The park also features a jacuzzi to unwind after a workday and a fitness room to stay in shape, even when you're away from home for weeks.

From December 1, 2026, a restaurant will open on the park, including a coworking space and a bookable meeting room. You can then work among others, receive business appointments, or end your day with a nice dinner, all within walking distance of your apartment.
